LUMS ensures an enabling environment for learning and takes strict action against Violation of the Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct

1- LUMS has zero tolerance for aggressive behavior, including harassment, stalking, or ragging. Such actions will result in strict disciplinary measures.

2- As an external participant, the candidate does not have the right to appeal unless the matter is academic-related.

Campus Access & Parking

1- Participants may enter the campus 30 minutes before class starts and must leave within 30 minutes after class ends. Unauthorized access at other times without prior approval will lead to disciplinary action.

2- Vehicles must be parked in the designated Free Parking area only.

3- Parking on pathways, roads, or crossings violates campus policies and may result in fines or restricted access to campus.

4- Tinted windows on vehicles are not permitted on campus per government regulations.

Smoking Regulations

1- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas on campus. Violations will result in fines or disciplinary action.

2- Smoking is strictly prohibited in outdoor seating areas of Baradari Cafe and Khoka.

3- If unsure about designated smoking areas, please consult the Campus Security Office at the campus entrance.

Certificate of Completion

1- PHCCLS reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met.

2- Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in the denial of the certificate and can also lead to termination from the course.

3- Certificates must be collected within one month of course completion. PHCCLS is not responsible for lost or damaged certificates after this deadline.

4- The name provided on the Registration Form will be printed on the certificate.

Attendance Policy

1- A minimum of 70% attendance is required to receive a certificate.

2- Proxy attendance is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of LUMS policies.

Smart Card Policy

1- PKR 3000 fee applies for a lost or damaged smart card.

2- Misuse of the smart card - on or off-campus - or facilitating unauthorized access is a serious offense and may lead to disciplinary action.

3- Participants must return the smart card in the final class of the course. Failure to do so may result in certificate withholding and restricted campus entry.

4- Lost or stolen smart cards must be reported immediately to PHCCLS at ccls@lums.edu.pk.

Refund Policy

1- PHCCLS may cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

2- In the event of cancellation, refunds will not be provided; however, participants will be automatically enrolled in the next available session.

3- Participants are expected to carefully review course details before enrollment.

4- Course changes or transfers are not allowed once classes begin.

Admissions Policy

1- LUMS reserves the right to grant or deny admission to any course.

2- Admissions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. No enrollments will be accepted once a course reaches capacity.

3- PHCCLS reserves the right to change instructors before or during a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
