Learning Outcomes

This course aims to provide Chinese business executives with a strategic, applied understanding of Pakistani legal frameworks governing corporate operations, foreign investment, and dispute resolution. It is structured to ensure that participants develop a critical, practical, and multidisciplinary perspective on regulatory compliance, contract enforcement, and business risk mitigation.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Course Fee: PKR 85,000

* Programme fee includes tuition cost, reading material, tea and lunch served during the programme.

Discount Policy:

Organisations nominating more than two participants (up to a group of five) will receive a 10% discount on the programme fee for each participant beyond the first two.

Application Process:

Participants must register online through the PHCCLS website by clicking on their desired course and filling out a one-page form. Before starting the registration process, please ensure that you have the following:

1- A passport-sized photograph for the PHCCLS smartcard. It should be against a white background.

2- Correct CNIC details.

* Note: Incorrect information provided during the registration process will lead towards cancellation of your enrollment at any stage, and participants will not be entitled to claim a refund.

Once you have completed your online registration, you may proceed to the payment section. You have two options:

1- Pay online using your bank debit/credit cards through LUMS online payment system https://pay.lums.edu.pk

2- Download the fee voucher and deposit cash in any branch of the designated banks specified on the fee voucher.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 to 48 working hours.

*NOTE: PHCCLS may postpone a programme due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the fee may be transferred to the rescheduled offering of that programme as an alternate to refund.
